The qualities that make someone admirable

Essay topics:

The qualities that make someone admirable

You are in the situation where facing an offer for the manager position or having a dream of sitting on that, and then you imagine you will inspire your employees to work hard, to dream big, and to lead the whole team to success, but on top of that, you want to be admired by all the workers. And you do not know how to do, which is why I will give you some qualities you need to become one.

The first quality of making others admired is a person who can tolerate mistakes. There is always a situation where we mess things up such as giving the ideas to cover up for the schedule or forcing a project without thinking carefully and it may end up with bad results. When the leader shows a certain degree of tolerance for mistakes, instead of getting angry and criticizing, the whole team works together, analyzes the mistakes so that no one will repeat it, and avoid others to do the same thing. Empathy is another quality that we are looking up to. An open-minded boss will understand their subordinates' motivations, hopes, dreams, problems, which forge a deep personal connection with their employees, and also inspire loyalty among the teams. In some cases, the manager makes better predictions on why this worker is late or takes a day off at the time. Last but not least, an admirable boss is being honest with not just their employees but clients also, which integrity come along with. Honesty will build trust and trust can help lessen obstacles, give clear directions, lead them to a higher level, and have their faith in the leader and the company. For example, once the company's product is worked, loyal customers will appear and they bring more potential clients which they base on regard on credibility.

Becoming a leader to be admired by other people is to put up with mistakes, have empathy and be honest. These three qualities may seem straightforward but it takes time to learn and develop, but still do not hesitate to take the job as everyone can make mistakes and they can learn from it.
