Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Ruchi, and I have registered for 2 months training course which is going to start on 1 June in your esteemed college. I am writing to request you for the reservation of a room in the college’s hostel.
Since I am living in a place which is 500 Km away from college, I have to move to Northern Ireland for the duration of the course.
As my younger brother has also enrolled in this course, I would prefer a double sharing room with an attached bathroom on the premises of your college. In addition to this, a room on the ground floor is preferable because I have my ankle injured in an accident, and I find it difficult to climb the stairs.
I will be landing 2 days just before the course will begin i.e. 30 May; therefore, it would be great if a room can be allotted to me starting from 30 May till the end of the course.
