The chart given represents a modification in global expenditure of top five famous mobile phone brands from 2009 to 2013.
In general, it is apparent that the quantity of Samsung’s sale hit the highest number in 2013 while the proportion of Apple reached the bottom of amount. It is also clear that Samsung, Apple and ZTE had similar increased tendencies in 4 years. Contrastingly, Nokia and LG had falling trends.
Looking at the bar chart, in 2009, the amount of Samsung phone stayed at approximately 230, but in 2013, it climbed to 450 which is the highest point in all of number. About Apple brand, it had noticeable difference with a beginning at 25 phones in 2009 and grew to 150 phones. Meanwhile Samsung and Apple had significant changes, ZTE just slowly escalated from 50 to nearly 60 in the time of 4 years.
In contrast, Nokia and LG had dissimilar trends which went down from 2009 to 2013. In 2009, Nokia sold out nearly 440 phones while 4 years later, it dropped dramatically to 250 phones. With the same tendency, LG started to sell about 130 mobile phones in 2009, and plunged to 80 phones in 2013.
