The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.

The line graph illustrates the requirement that Tourist Information Office received by three different methods in a city for the first haft year in 2011.
Overall, it is clear that the methods that customers chose to contact this agency by telephone and face to face were an upward trend, while the figure of that by letter/email was declining. The more people connect with the office in person.
The first quarter witnessed a change in raking of all three contact ways, specifically, the number of people used in person way increased, which made this method transform from the lowest place with 420 to the second place (reach 800), that is decreased for contacting by letter/email, during the rest method fluctuated, but it still keeps the first place at 1000.
In the second quarter of 2011, the number of people who went directly to the Tourism office escalated and reached a peak at nearly 1900 in June- it also hit the highest point compared with another method, the figure for contacting by telephone kept stable from March to April and dramatically rose on next 2 months, the rest method was still going down and unchanged on May to June period.
