The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

This chart illustrates the number of enquiries the Tourist Information Office received in person, by letter/email and by telephone from January to June 2011. The number of inquiries in person and by telephone both saw an increase while those by letter or email saw a decrease instead.
For inquiries received by telephone, the number decreases from January to February, remained unchanged in March - April at 1000 inquiries and increased during February to March (800 to 1000) and April to June (from 1000 to 1600).
Those received in person gradually increased from just over 400 to about 1900, with the March - April period seeing the highest increase - from 800 to over 1200 inquiries, thus became the most received.
As for the inquiries received by letter or email, they mostly decreased in number with the exception being the periods from February to March as well as from May to June. Overall, it decreased from under 800 to just below 400, making it the least received.
