What stands out from the diagram is that although the population of India stood the second highest, the percentage of internet users accounted for the lowest percentage. However, Britain which had the fewest citizens made up the highest number of people using the internet.
In 2016, China and India was the highest for internet users with 721,434,547 and 462,124,989, respectively. In contrast, both Nigeria, Germany, UK and Mexico had the number of imternet users no more than 100 millions and specially for Mexico with 58,016,997. In term of percentage of population, while Japan and UK were the highest, at 91,1 and 92,6 percents, respectively, India had the lowest with roughly 35%. Both remaining 7 nations had the figure between 90 and 40 percents.
Besides, China and Indian were still largest for total population with about more than 1,3 billions. While other countries had the number more than 100 millions with lowest was Japan with around 126 millions of people, Both Germany and UK witnessed no more than 90 miilions, at 80,682,151 and 65,111,143, respectively.
