The chart below shows how fish canning is done. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Write at least 150 words.
The given diagram provides insights into the many ways to complete the process of fish canning.
Looking from an overall perspective, it can be readily apparent that the whole process consists of 15 steps, starting with preparing fish for canning and ending with delivering it to other places.
The first step occurs when the fish is trawled by a ship and then they will be frozen straight away in -18 degree conditions. Before weighing, those frozen fish will be unloaded from the ship carefully by the huge crane. Moving to the next step, thawing fish will be utterly finished, and get ready for being chopped into small pieces. Finally, those chunks of fish will be put into a pot and steamed at a high temperature.
After being cooked at a particular time, those fish will be cooled down and then filleted completely. Furthermore, some ingredients, such as brine, the oil will be added to a can, which contains the entire filleted fish. Then, that can will be tightly sealed and moved to sterilize in a perfect condition. After that, those products will be categorized and labeled, depending on the types of fish. Finally, they will be stored in a warehouse and brought on a lorry to convey to many supermarkets, and accommodate the customers.
