You stayed at a hotel last week. After you got home you realized that you had left your watch behind. Write a letter to the hotel manager, and explain what happened. Describe the watch, and ask them to help you find it.
Dear sir,
I recently lodged at your hotel and i stayed in room number 20. Unfortunately, i forgot my watch in the hotel room which i believe i left on top of the bed.
Let me explain my situation in detail, on that fateful day, i received a distress call from my office line so in had to hurriedly packaged my luggage in my bag and left. Therefore, i forget the watch in the process.
The watch is a swiss brand which has a chartreuse coloured strap and horse- blood colored metal buckle. Furthermore,it has a chronograph.
Could you please help me find the watch. If found, please kindly give it to the receptionist so that when i come back for the conference i will pick it up from her.
Thanks for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Ade hki
