2. You want to arrange a conference for your company, and you need to ask one of your colleagues to give a presentation in this conference.
Write a letter to your colleague. In your letter include:
• Details about the conference
• Why you want your colleague to give the presentation
• What arrangement you will do for this conference
Dear Rick,
I am writing this letter in reference to the conference that I am arranging for the company at the Lincoln Building on June 5th.
As you know that I was weilded the responsibility for the conference, I want you to present our speech at the meet. Everyone on our team is aware of your public speaking skills, coupled with the fact that you are a regular at the Toastmasters, this would be cup of cake for you. You have a good command on the language. Your speech at the last Annual Company meet was met with a lot of appreciation from the managers as well.
Regarding the presentation, there wont be a podium. Instead you will be provided with a portable headset in order to allow mobility. Apart from this, everything will be as usual i.e. projectors, laser pointers etc.
I would ge grateful if you could be on our team and give the presentation.
Yours Sincerely
Marty Kaan
