We recently travelled together in a flight from Paris to Mumbai last Friday. What a long but wonderful journey it was, and I definitely enjoyed your company. We did miss some sleep because of our long chats on the delicious cuisines of the world.
Talking about an Italian restaurant that you own in Colaba, you had mentioned about a possible job opening in the same. I would really like to manage the end to end working of a restaurant and believe shall really excel as a restaurant manager.
As you are already aware about my love for food, it should be no surprise I am currently working as a backend operation manager in a Fine Dining Restaurant in Andheri. Having a hotel management degree, I am trained on handling customer experience as well. At times when restaurant manager was on leave, I oversaw the complete working for that period and have received some really great reviews from the customers. My restaurant owner will vouch for that!
