Dear Mike,
Hope this letter finds you in the pink of your health. First of all thanks for agreeing to look after my house and pet for a few days while I am away on holiday. Additionally, I wanted to write back to you in reference to give out detailed instructions so that you have a pleasant stay. Allow me to explain in detail.
To elucidate I will be staying at Hotel Mexican Plaza for three days in Bali and would be reachable on +62984 for any urgent matters. Although my Singapore number will also be reachable it’s better to call me on +62984. I am also sure that you will love the company of my pet dog but you need to make sure that you feed him dog food and milk twice a day moreover you also need to take him out in the morning and evenings. The dog food is kept in the kitchen shelf which is located on side of the refrigerator.
For the household duties please make sure that you sprinkle some water on the plants in the garden everyday especially the rose flowers additionally make sure that maid mops the floor properly. If you need clarity on anything else please call me.
Once again I am greatful to you for looking after my house and pet.
