Dear Sam,
Hope, you're doing great! I am really thankful to you for agreeing to take care of my house until I return. few important instructions, I want to make sure you are aware about, while your stay at my flat.
Most importantly, the flat is located at carlton street and the house number is B5, incase you need to order something online you would need the address. Another important point, my neighbours are very sensitive to loud noise, so please keep the volume down special during silent hours.
Firstly, There are few things you will need to do daily. Feed the fishes twice a day, morning and evening - 5 to 6 pieces from the container kept behind the fish tank. Secondly, you need to water the plants on alternate days.
Finally, in case of any problem you can reach me on my mobile phone, which i will be have with me all the time. However for your reference i left a sticky note on the television, which contains the important instruction and my contact number.
