I am writing this letter in concern to appreciate your efforts of helping me by staying and taking care of my apartment in my absence. Through this letter I only want to aware you about few things so that you can enjoy living at new place.
Firstly, I want you give you some information about the place. The taps of washroom are slightly leaky. You need to check twice before leaving the washroom. The water temperature is 65, You can adjust it according to your need. The main door lock is bit loose, You need to push hard to lock it.
As I stated some points about my flat. So, you need to be careful about them. The most prominent thing is my apartment is located near school. So, you must drive slow after entering into street to avoid any mishappening.
Further, I mentioned all the necessary things which are required for you. Above all, if you face any problem, you can call on numbers with their respective helper's name on diary which i placed on door of fridge. That diary contains all most complete information including our neighbor's contact details.
