I do not have any words to express myself After being involved in an accident, you were looked after by a person you did not know before. Write a special thank you letter to express your gratitude.
• Introduce yourself and let him/her know why you are writing
• Express your appreciation
• And offer him/ her to visit your home with this family.

Dear Janice,

I am writing this letter to thank you for all the help and time you spend taking care of me when I was seriously injured.

I am finally back to my home after staying at the hospital for 7 days. I will never forget that traumatic accident which almost took my life. A small mistake with my friend changed everything. They say somethings happen for a reason and maybe this was a reason meant to meet you. My mother told me you were the one who brought me to the hospital, after that accident and stayed with me all the time for 2 days when they were unable to track my family.

After all this, I believe that there are some good people left in this world who care about humanity. I would like to invite you to my home for dinner to show a token of appreciation and to meet my family, so we can thank you for everything you did.

Yours Faithfully,
Malik
