Dear Officer,
I am VJT, resident of 224 number bunglow at Hill road. Since i am residing, i didn't have any complaint from municipal authority. All services catered by your department officers are appreciable. However, i am writing this letter to bring an issue into your notice of loud noise in our area .
There is a construction work is in progress on our road side for water pipe line repairing. The work is going on 24 hours a day and due to that there is a huge noise disturbance occurring and we are not even able to sleep properly. We have small kids at home and their studies are also getting affected due to this loud and annoying sound. I have asked workers to stop their work in night hours but they told that they have orders to finish the work as soon as possible.
I suggest you to please ask workers to limit their work timing between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, so that we would be able to live our life peacefully without any disturbance. Copy of this letter is also marked to the higher authorities in your department for faster resolution of this issue. We would be obliged if you personally take care of this problem and update us.
