Dear Sir,
I am XYZ, employee of your esteemed organization and working in loan processing department from last three years. In the last three years I have been working as a loan processinng officer, disbursing loan files and adhering TAT for customer delight. I have achieved all my key performance area throughout the tenure.
By continuously doing monotonous job, it has made me idle and affecting my performance. I do not feel excited at all on my work. I think i should change the department and switch to some other challenging job within the company. I have searched for customer service department and found that it would be a challenging job for me. While serving customers i will have to resolve different kind of issues daily. Each customer has a different kind of query and issue so it would be an enthralling experince while working as customer relationship manager. My previous experience of customer service will be an extra advantage for me.
I think switching within department would not affect my career goals and it will help me to continue my job within the company. I request you to please help to approve this inter department transfer. I will be deeply obliged.
