Dear Sir o Madam
I am writing this letter to report several problems with the internet connection in our community this month. My name es Maria Guerrero and I live in Macul, in the well-known condominium called Estrella, and my customer number is AFC578.
I am very disappointed with the service that your company has been delivering this month. It is almost impossible to get a decent internet connection; it is deficient, and some days We do not have any.
The fact that we do not get a good internet connection is a serious problem because the quarantine, the home office has increased, and the importance of having fast internet. Also, the kids are at home all day and want to see series and games online for fun.
Please, We ask for an online meeting to talk about solutions for this inconvenience, and you see the problems We have with the connection. I hope to hear you back very soon.
