A person has found and sent back your lost driving licence
Write a letter and thank him
Explain why it is important
How he/she found
And say how to thank him/her

Dear John,
First of all, I love to give many thanks from bottom of my heart finding my driving licence which I was very worrying losing it. I used to drive my children include my friend's son to school every day. When I lost my card, I couldn't drive and faced lots of difficulties with children transportation to school. This gave too much pressure to my friend and me.
I was amazed how you find it. I just remember the last time I used it , it was at the bank when the clerk asked me for additional ID. I didn't noticed it felt down from my purse while I was putting my bank statement book and my wallet inside it. Luckily you find it. I am so happy and appreciate your kindness being responsible and send it to my address mentioned on the card.
I being gratitude for your kindness, I would like to invite you for a coffee whenever you have free time on this weekend. I hope that you like the thank you card attaching to the letter. People like you show that there still are good human beings around.
I am looking forward to meet you in person.
Best wishes
Mae
