I am writing regarding the up coming school plan to bring students for a tour in another country during next holiday. I heard from your secretary, it will be a trip to Spain for visiting and also learning the language. Also she mentioned about volunteer
parents who would like to join and contributing. I would like to express my intention being part of this wonderful trip, specially I will be free during the time.
I have a friend owning a travel agency there in Barcelona and I believe he will support us. I can contact him and ask about activities we can do and also about information of a short Spanish course for children. He can recommend us some affordable accommodation to stay and reduce the expenses. As well as arranging transportation and some facilities.
Kindly provide me with some information about the departure time and date and number of days will stay there. Also, if I know the estimate budget of trip, I will ask him for a convenient and joyful package for children.
