Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to show my eagerness to join the tennis course with your institution during this holidays. I am really fond of sports activities such as football, cricket, badminton and more but the one with which I am more fascinated is tennis. Furthermore, I would like to delve into the details with this outdoor game course to explore my expertise and capabilities for the same.
However, last week of course and my first week of orientation programme for my next semester will clash if I will enroll for this course during this summer holidays. It would affect my studies as I will not able to attend the orientation classes on those initial days of college and even I may miss the final tournaments for tennis due to this phenomenon. Thus, I have to take correct decision in advance.
At last but not least, I cannot sacrifice my education just to live my passion. Therefore, I would like to request you to refund the money for those days if its probable to you for last week of tennis course as I would not be able to appear for that week. I hope you can understand my perspective as well.
Waiting for your favorable response,
Thanks and Regards
Joe
