Dear sir/ma
I would like to bring to your notice the setbacks I encountered in the airport which led to my missing flight. Allow me to elaborate.
My flight (BAR1315X) headed for Calabar was scheduled to depart at 10:40am WAT. I got to the airport early enough for check-in and other formalities. Due to the poor condition of the public convenience, I had to leave the boarding area to find a functioning toilet facility. Upon my arrival, I realized I had missed my flight.
Because of this, I was sadly absent at my brother’s wedding ceremony which I looked forward to all year, and as such, has robbed me of the beautiful memories of a lifetime.
I believe this letter highlights how disappointed I am in your services. Regardless, I sincerely hope you look into the current state of the restroom and make necessary repairs to prevent such reoccurrence for other travelers.
