I am Anna, a frequent traveler of your prominent airline. The purpose of my writing is to express my dissatisfaction about a recent incident happen at airport.
I was traveling from Bangalore to Dehli on 2nd March, as per schedule I reached two hours before the boarding. However, I checked the timing of flight online the display at airport was showing the flight is delayed for one and half hour, in confusion when I asked the one of ground staff member of your airline he checked the display, and he also confirms the same that flight is delayed. I got relaxed and spend some time on airport shops and restaurants. But, after fifteen minutes later I got to know that flight is been departed from the airport.
In confusion, I asked the staff member again how that happens, he said, the flight was on time and the display was showing wrong information. In response of my question regarding his confirmation he smiled and said nothing, this was very unprofessional behavior. By this incident, I missed my Project's important design meeting, which will delay our work and we could also lose the project. I would like you to make a correction to fix the displayed information. However, I have lost the faith in your airline, but please save your reputation by serving well and by applying stringent rules for your staff.
