Dear Sir/Madam,
I feel the need to write to you to appreciate an employee of your hotel who had gone the extra mile to help me out during my stay in the hotel. Not only did he win a customer for you, but also won a company’s business. Allow me to elaborate.
To begin with, I was staying at your hotel on the weekend and had locked myself in the hotel room. Nobody was near my room as the floor was undergoing renovation. However, since I was the only one on that floor an employee namely Mr. Jacob would always come and check out on me.
Secondly, on the day of the incident, I had rushed to my room to look out for some documents. As a result, the key was left outside. The door abruptly closed and I was locked inside. Subsequently, the said employee reached my room and saved me.
Afterwards, I tried to tip the gentleman, but he did not accept anything from me. Therefore, I am sending you a small token of appreciation which should be handed over from my side to him. I salute his honesty and commitment to customer service.
I am looking forward to staying at your hotel again.
Yours faithfully,
Brad Jason
