Dear Sir
I'm writing this letter to complain about the environmental pollution on my street. This is really affecting residents in the neighborhood and the situation gets worse by the day.
The main problem we are facing is improper disposal of waste. We just have only one refuse bin on my street and it gets filled up very fast. Most times the truck that comes to empty the refuse bin daily does not show up and it makes some residents drop their trash recklessly on the road.
This situation makes it very unhealthy for people due to the odour from the refuse bin. The refuse bin is not emptied on a daily basis and this tends to breed mosquitoes which then transmits malaria to anyone that is bitten.
I'm suggesting that you increase your staff in charge of disposing the refuse bin so they will always empty the refuse bin daily and also make available more waste bins to accommodate the wastes of the neighborhood to avoid having littered waste on the streets.
I'll be grateful if you treat my complaint as a matter of urgency.
