I am writing to you in relation to the waste disposal system which is caused lots of difficulty for all residents of Grand Field district.
The number of rubbish bins installed in the area is not proportionate to the population of residential area. As you know, there is only one large waste bin for each complex which is always full and out of service; therefore, we have to deposit all waste around the bin on the street.
This situation not only does it attract lots of rodents and vermin but it may also cause spreading of disease and bad smell over the residential area. It would also affect our children who are playing on the pavements during their playing time.
I would like to suggest that some additional large waste bins should be erected in the Grand Field region. This solution not only may prevent domestic rubbish from been spread over the area but also can reduce both the amount of an unpleasant smell and the number of rodents and street dogs around our residence.
