Dear Sir,
I am writing this regards to problems faced with public transport in your area recently. I have been using the public transport since about 10 years. I had never had any issue what so ever, but, recently we are facing lots of issue with the bus timings and seating allotment.
Initially, the society where i live was small and the public transport is the only mode of transport to the city. But now the population grown up 10 times it use to be. Due to that, the seating allotment in the bus is not sufficient and almost of time people standing on the bus for more than an hour to reach the designation. Also the number of buses to this region has been reduced which causes a huge riot in finding a seat.
About 3 months, the bus are not arriving on time as mentioned in the time table. The worst case is during the weekends the buses are late almost 30 minutes from the expected time. If this continues, it would really cause major problems for all the people in this society. Most of them are using public transport for work and study purpose.
I would really suggest to improve on the timings and also request to increase the number of transportation as this will definitely benefits the society.
I hope this will be taken into consideration.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
Baron Fathoy.
