There is an issue with reception area. How do we fix it?
Write a letter please.
Dear Mr.Charles,
I am writing to discuss about the issue faced by some clients last week in our office and how do we fix them.
Last week, I got few complaints from the client stating that the receptionist didn't have sufficient knowledge about the office. Since ours is a private bank, people will need someone from our side to help them out and reception area is the first and foremost place in our office. It seems that the reception team doesn't have knowledge about different types of forms available in office (current account, saving account form, FD form etc.) and how do we fill them.
Best remedy would be running training sessions for all the needed folks next week. We have vacation coming up next week and it will be good time for reception team to learn something new since it is less busy week ahead. Also, we can enlighten them with customer service program so that they can handle clients better.
Looking forward to arrange the training session in future.
Yours Sincerely
Jones
