Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Kiran and I am a last year Mechanical engineering student.I am writing this letter to tell you that I lost my id card in the college premises.Actually,I was parking my vehicle in the parking area and card was in my pocket.I visit library now and then to refer the books.I kept my card in pocket so that can take out immediately when required.But,unfortunately lost the same somewhere.Due to this,now I am facing much difficulty.
When I visited the library,they told without card;book won't be issued.Other problems include access to the lab.Need an id card to enter.Without that,will not be able to do some design analysis in the lab.Also I have to give design report during my last project along with other work.
It is my last year so I request you to please look into this as a matter of urgency.I hope to receive a new card as soon as possible.
