Dear Mathew,
How have you been? it has been a long a long time since I last saw you. Do you remember a couple of months back I borrowed this additional camera you had for my vacation to Malaysia?.this camera has been of such a great help all thanks to you, as I took some amazing pictures which I will share with you when I meet you next time. I was particularly impressed with the picture quality and image stabilization, the camera also has a great night vision sensor to protect images from getting spoilt.
However, there was a small issue while I was hiking in Malaysia the camera fell down and the lens broke. I apologize for this incident as I should have been more watchful but you know I am careless sometimes.
I have already shown it to Nikon service centre in Malaysia and they advised to get the lens replaced and it would take around two days to fix this issue thus I will get it fixed here in Malaysia and return it to you the next time I meet you.
