I am Harry Singh from Rhode island. I have planned a weekend trip to New york to celebrate my daughter's tenth birthday which on 22nd June. I am writing this letter to enquire about the room availability at your renowned hotel and request some relevant information about nearby attractions.
I will be coming with my family that includes my parents, wife and my daughter. We will arrive on 22nd morning and stay there till 24th afternoon. We need an air-conditioned room with two bed rooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. I will be thankful you if you could arrange a chocolate flavor cake for my daughter, as it would be great surprise for her. In addition I wanted to know, if your hotel provide cab service to explore nearby places. It would be great if you mention us all the details and charges for that class of room and other services.
Also it would be really generous of you, if you could guide me with details about any events organised during that weekend along with that please suggest me some attractive tourist places to visit near your hotel.
