Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to acknowledge you about the issues we are facing due to a modification in our local bus service. Two weeks ago, the council has extended the route of the bus E452 along with many others. Unfortunately, the new update in routes has resulted in the delay of bus arrival at my local bus stop as well as at the station. Due to the mentioned detour, I am having trouble reaching office on time.
The bus is always arriving 15-20 minutes late than usual as it stops at several more stops than before and does the same on the way to the station too. This is causing me a delay in reaching office every day by half an hour. In a big picture, this is impacting my professional status among my colleagues as well as my leaders.
Hence, I request you to put a word about this issue in the forthcoming council meeting as it is affecting many other citizens and their schedule too. A schedule of earlier bus hours will be honoured.
