Dear Sir,
I hope your day is going great. I'm writing this letter to inform you about organizing a dinner party at your restaurant. This is a gathering for my extended family members and it's going to take place next week Friday.
First, the reason I'm giving this party is to ensure that the kids get to know their cousins, uncles, aunts and grand parents. According to my mom, this dinner party signifies a long awaited get together for the whole family to eat, meet and talk. It's definitely going to be awesome!
In addition to things I said earlier, I'd prefer that the dinner should be a buffet. You remember the appetizer I had at your restaurant the last time? We would need to have that before our main meal. Also, make arrangements for a crate of neither Budweiser nor Tiger beer for us. I'd need soft drinks too, because of the kids. Everybody needs to be carried along; it's a great outing.
Lastly, I would like to know whether we are going to stay in the general or private section of your outfit? Plans have been made but we can make adjustments.
