Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the remote I bought from you’re your online store on 1st April 2019. I have been a very loyal customer of yours for the last five years and have successfully made numerous purchases over the years. Unfortunately, this time I am dissatisfied with the service you have provided.
The remote I ordered was the new Samsung universal model – 1985. My reason for choosing this remote was that it was compatible with all Samsung TV’s and also DVD players as mentioned on your website. However, the remote is unable to get connected to my DVD player but working fine on TV. I tried all possible techniques including changing batteries to try and make it work but after all efforts made, I gave up and realized that this remote is not what it offers online.
For this reason, I would ask you either to refund the purchase in full price or send me a replacement remote.
