Dear Mr. Suresh,
Hope this letter finds you with high spirits. Firstly, my hearty congratulations to you to complete 20 years of your great service as a teacher in our school. I am your student from the batch 2010 pass out as your son Kiran. Hope you remember me by now. As you know these days social media plays a vital role in spreading information rapidly around the globe. There were many photographs of your last working day in the Alumni group on Facebook. Therefore, got to know the news that you have got retired.
Firstly, I am glad and lucky to be your student for ten years right from my 1st standard. Not only me but others from my class also admires you and can never forget your classes and punishments which we all loved when we were in high schools. Although I hated Physics class until you started teaching our class which turned out to be one of my favorite classes in school. Moreover, you made the subject very interesting and also very easy to achieve the highest marks.
you have been just like a friend to me and also other students. I still remember my graduation day wherein every student had to talk about the teacher inspired them. Of course, I spoke about you which made you emotional and you hugged me in front of the whole school assembly. Henceforth, you being my role model in my life made me take up the same occupation as yours.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Bhavana
