Dear, Mr. Jones,
This is for your kind attention, that i am facing some hardware issue with my computer since last two days, due to which i am unable to work efficiently.
As you know that my work is completly based on the system and my entire data is stored on this system, which needs to be accessed frequently. Even after trouble shooting, i cannot fix it by myself, hence required a hardware technician to solve the issue.
You better know the urgency of the project on which i am working as the deadline of project submission is not more than tow weeks, andi doubt that with such slow performing system i am unable to complete the project on time.
