Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention on the problem which I'm facing due to non-working of the workspace computer provide by you which is affecting my work, concentration & missing my project deadlines.
As you are aware that, I'm currently working on the next week shareholder presentation which requires an intensive use of computer. However, the pc isn't working properly and affecting my work. Annual meeting with shareholder's is crucial for company as we highlight internal insights of our growth and possible developments done by us to them.
Moreover, to fix this on-going computer issue i would like to suggest that we conduct quarterly computer health check-up, so as to mitigate sudden problems occuring due to non-maintaience. Additionally, we should also keep an extra laptop or pc in case if there is an emergency and the person can complete the task despite facing such issues.
Hence, I would like to request you that it would be great help if you can let admin team be aware about the issue and pressure them to fix it as early as possible.
