You are going to spend your vacation in a city in a foreign country. You have never been there before. Your cousin has a friend who lives there. Write a letter to the friend. In your letter
• Introduce yourself
• Say why you are making this trip
• Ask some questions about the city (e.g. places to see, things to do, things to bring)

Dear Sam,

Please don't get surprised by receiving this letter. my name is Deepa, hardik's sister. he is my first cousin. Last week, when we met during lunch I shared that next month I'm travelling london for the first time and that's when he mentioned about you and assured that I can rely on you in this stranger city. I'm writing this letter to you to get more information about your magnificent city.

As I said earlier, this is my first ever trip to london, very excited, thrilled and can't wait to explore the city for fortnight. However, I have booked the accommodation at dormitory near downtown sub station. It would be great help if you can share some more information about the city.

Firstly, I would like to know which places can I sightsee churches, museum and river or bay view where i would go and relax. To explore more, can you also share me about any night life clubs to enjoy and have fun. Lastly, where to go for shopping to buy souvenirs, chocolates and etc.

I'll be eagerly waiting for your reply. also would like to say, thank you in advance for sparing some time to answer my questions.

Hoping to see your prompt feedback.

Your's Faithfully,
deepa
