Dear Manager,
I, Ashik k, is part of your sales team. I wanted to raise a concern regarding the parking lot in our company. Even though we have our own parking space, due to the lack of proper management of the parking space, few of us are often forced to park our vehicles outside the premises of company.
One of the main issues is that, the people are not utilising the parking space effectively. The disorganised way of parking takes up a lot of space, which otherwise planned properly can accommodate more vehicles in the parking space. As I mentioned earlier due to this, we are forced to park outside and this is causing damage to our vehicles. Most of the time we end up getting a scratch on our automobiles. Other than that, now officials has made the law stringent for parking the vehicles outside. So this need to be taken into consideration as a priority in the official meeting and a solution must be provided.
I don't think we would require more parking space. But I would suggest modifying the existing parking area with proper marking for parking the automobiles. Subsequently, it would be better to place a security guard in the parking area to make sure that the people are following the markings and parking their vehicle in an organised manner. Please consider this as a priority and take the necessary actions.
