Writing a letter to building manager regarding a problem parking your bicycle.
When you started to use bicycle to go to work
What the problem is
Suggesting the solution of the problem
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is John Smith and I am a resident of your building. I am staying since past two weeks with a couple of my classmates in flat no. 204 on second floor. I am writing to report a problem that I have been facing since I shifted here.
I use a bicycle to commute to and fro work. The problem I come across everyday is to park my bicycle in the parking area. As the designed parking is intended to accommodate only cars and mopeds, I find it presumably difficult to park by bicycle. I even tried to approach the parking assistant so that he could provide an alternative space to park the bicycle. But, to my disappointment, an open area with semi-covered shed was provided instead. It is highly inconvenient to park the bicycle as it is not secures and there is no designated area to park.
In order to ameliorate this, I would request you to look into this problem closely and derive a pragmatic solution promptly. Also, a probable solution could be to demarcate the different zones by segregating it into bicycle, two wheeler and four wheeler.
I look forward to hear back from you immediately.
Yours faithfully,
John Smith
