Dear William,
I am Thomson your new tenant. I recently joined in your house which ishouse " style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 19.36px; white-space: pre-wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> in East end corner of the City along with my family. However, within few days we noticed that existing furniture in the house are quiet quiet " style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 19.36px; white-space: pre-wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">old fashioned and damaged. As per our rental agreement the house should be ready with new and branded furniture by the time we join the house . To my surprise I found the existing wooden tables, cots, chairs and racks are infested with termites and quiet ineligible for domestic purpose.
I hope this is just a mistake and you will rectify this with immediate notice of the problem. I suggest you to visit the house premises and take estimation of costs for arranging new furniture and other repairs. it would be better if you take help from an expert before proceeding further. I would also like to bring your notice about remedial clause in our agreement where it it " style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 19.36px; white-space: pre-wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">is made clear that if you fail to give proper and necessary response to this letter I can sue you for damages and charges for arranging another accommodation of my choice.
