Hope this letter finds you in radiant health and best of the spirits. My name is Samvedna Puri, one of your tenants dwelling at Haward Street, North London. I am inscribing this piece of epistle to express my dissatisfaction in regard of wooden material furnished at the residence.
Since, it has been only a month at this place and paying hefty amount as rent therefore ace facilities are being expected from you. Inspite of that we are inflicting discomfort as the beds are comparatively of small size. Moreover, the one leg of dinning table is fragile and there is invariably a risk of collapse anytime along with that the knobs of wooden doors are hardly in good condition.
Even though we are gratified with other services but a single thing can cause inconvenience in living. Thus, it would be highly appreciable if you could replace aforementioned items as soon as possible. Otherwise, negligence at your part would force me to look for another apartment.
