I am writng to express my concern about the conditions of your dinning table and the chairs in you flat we moved in yesterday. I booked your apartment last month on Airbnb with my account id 000. After we settled down, the table was not available to be used since it was almost broken, so were some chairs.
Firstly, the dinning table looked extremely old since I saw this similar style on an antique furniture auction lasr year. There were some creavets on the table. More seriously, one of the legs lacking of nails seemed to be broken at any time. Secondly, my children found pinpoints of nails on the hair which are not able to be sat on. Thus my family just ordered KFC near your apartment yesterday since we could not eat at home.
Becuase using these facilities was included in my rent fee, I kindly propose that if you can change these furnitures in thses days? If not , we may discuss about the discount on the renting.
Thank you for your time to read this letter, I am waiting for your reply with respect.
Sincerely,
Tony
