Dear Sir,
I have been your recent customer booked for 3 days family holiday to Las Vegas. I am writing to you concerning certain things which should come to your notice before you lose any other customer. The apartment we lived in had number of problems which if I had known known earlier, would have never said yes to your company.
Starting with exceptionally good sea view from the large window in the apartment which we later noticed had its hinge broken. Consequently, we had to suffer the cold breeze and were not able to sleep specially, the children. We were also expecting the water to be lukewarm or warm for our family to shower but unfortunately, we had to bear the cold water and not able to take the bath fully. The noticeable things such as no internet, kitchen appliances and television access which had given us the hard time.
Moreover, my family members were all excited for the trip which later became a nightmare for all of us. We tried our best possible efforts to complain about the apartment in the city, but no prompt action was taken. I have paid you 1000$ for this beautifully expected vacation but indeed it was completely not worth visiting. Also, for this unsatisfied memory, I would expect you to compensate the portion of my spending or fully if possible, for the peace of my mind. I will be waiting for your speedy response.
