You are attending a part time course in a college. Due to some problem, you cannot continue your course. Write a letter to your teacher
- Describe the course
- Explain the problem
- Explain the reason for not continuing
- Tell the teacher about your future plans
Dear sir,
I am writing to bring your attention that I cannot continue part time course ' Webservices Automation' which I am doing in the evening batch in your institute 'Jersey College'.
The reason for discontinuing in the mid of the training is due to heavy workload I have been assigned to and I couldn't complete in my office hours resulting to do overtime to complete the given tasks. Moreover, the timing of my course is 6pm everyday and I have been staying in office till 9pm which creates a barrier to attend this term. Therefore, I would like to withdraw my continuity for this batch.
However, I would definitely wish to continue this course in the next intake which is in September. So, I would be grateful if you could refund my amount back or provide a approval receipt for taking it in next batch, either way is fine for me.
I am hoping to hear to your earliest.
Your's faithfully,
Anjana
