Dear Sally,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing this epistle to inform you that I will not be able to attend the English language course next week due to some official commitments. Let me elucidate in detail.
As you are aware I was looking forward to join this course as it was an ideal opportunity to improve my speaking and writing skills since I have to present plethora of case studies and additionally speak in public forums regularly but unfortunately I have to travel to Korea for an important business meeting. The meeting involves presenting technical design of a new software product which I have been working on for months. Although I tried to postpone the travel but unfortunately no one in my team can present it so I have to travel immediately. Hence due to my official commitments I will not be able to join the English classes by next week.
Since the business trip to Korea will be for a few weeks therefore I will only be able to join the course by the end of April. Hence I request you to align me accordingly in a new batch.
I hope you will give my suggestion a due consideration.
