Dear Sir Peter,
I am writing to you about my wwatch that I forgot at my room, no 702, in the hotel which is being managed by you.
As you know, I and my family had stayed there for 5 days before we moved to the next destination in our vacation. I felt so glad about my trip and things we are going to do that i left my watch behind, at your hotel.
At the time I realized that, I also arrived in Ha Noi, that last place in my trip. So, I could not come back to your hotel right after that.
In addition, my watch is black colour with brown leather and automatic type. It's case diameter is around 41 mm. And i guess that maybe it's on the table next to the bed, because taking off the watch then putting it on the table nearly are the first things i do when i am back home (or room in hotel).
So, please find and keep it until I come back to your hotel in my business trip next ten days, or you can send me by post. I will be happy to pay the post office fee.
