I am writing to inform you about the last night visit on your restaurant with my friends and I must say that was a disaster.
Let me explain my situation in detail. As you know, we are your regular customer and never try to offend any rules of your place, pays our bills at once and never due any payments. Last night, when me and my friends arrived than there was no waiter to attend. I call them and a delay of 10 min add up in that ramification. Starter are very crispy and scrumptious but main course are not properly cooked and served. They just put all the meal on table and vanished. Chicken curry was mouth watering before but this time it smells like a rotten egg, rice was over-cooked and bread is hard.
Could I suggest you something? Well, I clear my side very well now I want you to ask your staff about all this. Make them understand all the customer happiness rules so that we can come over again without hesitation.
