You are a Member of an organisation which meets regularly at a particular restaurant. The most recent meal you had there was not satisfactory and you are very disappointed with the quality of the food and the behaviour of the staff.
Write a letter to the manager of a restaurant. What was wrong with meal and the service , and suggest what he/she and serviced should do to ensure that you and your group return to the restaurant.
Dear sir / madam
I am in writing this letter this letter to tell you that i am the regular customer of your restaurant during the weekends when our organisation hold member meet in your place. During the recent meal quality of food and service of staff has degraded in numerous ways . The trust of pride and legacy does not seems be continued.
Firstly, the behaviour of Hotel attendant and other members was rude. Furtherly, they talk in arrogant way with some women's and senior citizens of cover group at the time of ordering food . In the addition the waiters are asking for extra tip which is totally against the rules and regulations of restaurant. Secondly, the Quality and quantity of served food also scare as compare to last visit. Moreover, the enormous use of spices and oil on the ordered cuisine.
Last but not least, on the prior booking of hall group has informed about the hygienic on the top of list. But during the time of meet the washroom are smelling with bad fragrance. In similar to citing, dishes are also not neat and clean.
At the end, I hope that your hotel will improve the quality and services in short. I will look forward to hearing from you about concerned issues
and actions taken by your restaurant management to make sure next visit of group return to the restaurant.
