Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently returned from my vacation at the place you recommended-Whispering palms, Badagry, Lagos and I am writing to complain about the service received at the site.
I arrived at the place Last week Monday for a five days holiday and I did not receive value for the money paid, considering th heavy charges.
Sadly, I could not access the internet connection at my room. The WiFi extension did not get to my room. also, the toilet drips water on the floor once the flushed is pressed. I requested for a change of room from the receptionist and she told me all the rooms are in use.
As you can see, the experience was not palatable and I deserve some level of compensation to make up to ThE shortcomings. also, I would want your management to reviethe services of the hospitality company you are partnering with, before recommending them to your clients.
