You are not satisfied with the changing room in a sports centre that you visit.
Write a letter to the sports center manager. In your letter:
- Explain the problem
- Say how you feel about this problem
- And say what steps you would like the manager to take
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the female changing room in the Fit24 sports center which you are managing.
I had seen so many attractive advertisements about the Fit24 center with brand-new facilities that I immediately register for a membership. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed to when I was there for the first time. The facilities were not as advertised, especially the female changing room. Firstly, the mirror in this room had a cracked hole which is a serious safety hazard to all customers. Besides, I noticed that the floor was dirty. It must have not been swept and mopped for a long time. These situations were not acceptable, which made me out of energy to do any fitness activities at your center.
For the safety of myself as well as all of your customers, I suggest carrying out some improvements to the center. I highly request to replace the mirror as well as clean the floor as soon as possible. Moreover, the center needs a proper cleaning schedule in order to take care of all the facilities, thus bringing pleasant customer’s experience.
I hope you could have some prompt solutions for this issue.
Yours faithfully,
My Nguyen.
